What You Will Do
- Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data into the payroll system (ADP WFN)
- Process new hires and onboarding of new employees
- Conduct precise calculations to ensure accurate payroll processing
- Safeguard the confidentiality of employee records
- Collaborate with other teams to support payroll operations
- Support projects and initiatives as required
- Enter payroll information into the payroll system
- Retrieve data from the payroll system as necessary
- Support different payroll frequencies as required
- Analyze and resolve payroll-related issues
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in payroll administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Efficient data processing abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with payroll software, preferably ADP WFN
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
