The Sales Development Representative role at PointClickCare is a critical component of the company's sales organization. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to build new sales pipelines and drive growth
  • Identify and qualify potential customers, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns and build relationships with potential clients
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of PointClickCare's products and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential client organizations
  • Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to help improve sales strategies
  • Participate in sales meetings and presentations to potential clients
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and materials

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in building new sales pipelines and driving growth
  • Expertise in Salesforce and other sales tools and technologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare technology industry is preferred
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and sales methodologies
