About the Role
The User Acquisition Specialist role at Hyperlab is a critical position that requires a deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry and the ability to manage and scale user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Hyperlab's user base through strategic campaign management and optimization. What You Will Do
- Manage and scale user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and major ad networks, including Applovin, Unity, IronSource, and Mintegral.
- Develop and implement campaign strategies to achieve CPI and ROAS targets, including bid and budget management.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm new ad concepts and provide feedback based on performance data.
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, store assets, and other campaign elements to optimize performance and improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with the ASO team to ensure that paid and organic growth strategies are aligned and effective.
- Track and report on key metrics, including CTR, CVR, ROAS, and LTV, and provide insights and recommendations to the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and identify new growth opportunities for the company.
- Handle the technical side of user acquisition, including ensuring accurate tracking and attribution through Adjust.
- Collaborate with the data team to analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including ad networks and gaming platforms.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in user acquisition, specifically within the mobile gaming industry.
- Proven track record of managing campaigns on Meta, Google, and various ad networks.
- A solid understanding of mobile marketing data and the ability to turn numbers into actionable strategies.
- Experience with Adjust and other market research tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in user acquisition.
- A growth-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to take initiative and drive results.

- Experience with ASO and app store optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics.
- Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
