  • Participate in the development of research strategies and plans that align with the company's overall mission and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the product team to integrate research findings into product development, ensuring that user needs are met.
## What We Are Looking For - Solid, demonstrable research skills across both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Genuine curiosity about user behavior and business decisions, with a desire to understand the 'why' behind them.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate findings clearly and make research accessible to non-research audiences.
  • Confidence in working with and presenting to stakeholders at all levels, including senior colleagues.
  • Ability to navigate regulated financial services conversations with credibility.
  • A collaborative mindset, comfortable working alongside designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • A genuine interest in improving people's financial wellbeing.

## Benefits and Perks - Flexible working arrangements that prioritize a sustainable work-life balance.
  • Collaborative learning culture that promotes psychological safety.
  • 25 days of annual leave plus all bank holidays.
  • Company pension with up to 10% employer contribution.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
