About the Role

Stripe is seeking a User Risk Strategist to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that strengthen trust, minimize risk, and support strategic users. The User Risk Strategy team protects and advances Stripe's business, brand, and mission by deploying industry-leading supportability solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, planning, and orchestration of large-scale programs addressing user, compliance, and platform needs.
  • Build strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders to align on priorities, tradeoffs, and success measures.
  • Represent Stripe with critical partners and customers in external engagements.
  • Translate complex risk issues into clear, actionable insights for leadership and users.
  • Monitor program performance, deliver executive-ready reporting, and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement.
