## What You Will Do - Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies to drive business growth and improvement - Manage remote teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives - Provide expertise and guidance on digital skills and best practices - Identify opportunities to drive business growth and improvement through digital innovation - Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including team members, customers, and partners - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the digital landscape - Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategy - Develop and manage budgets and resource plans to support digital initiatives - Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital projects and initiatives - Develop and maintain a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team

## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in a digital skills role, with a focus on remote work and global project management - Expertise in digital skills, including digital marketing, paid media, and technology - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire remote teams - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders - Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies - Experience with project management tools and technologies, including Asana, Trello, and Jira - Experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads and Meta - Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

## Nice to Have - Experience with agile project management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban - Certification in digital marketing or a related field, including Google Ads or HubSpot - Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI - Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure - Experience with remote work and virtual team management
