About the Role
As a UX Designer at Renewed Vision, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing software that powers live experiences. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure that the design aligns with user needs. What You Will Do
- Participate in user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights that shape design decisions
- Collaborate with senior designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs aligned to user needs
- Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders through iterative design cycles
- Build hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools, systems, and documentation practices
- Partner with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and design critiques
- Stay curious and continuously learn and share emerging trends and best practices with the team
- Own the end-to-end design process for specific projects, from research and ideation through high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and analytics evaluation, translating findings into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design integrity throughout the development lifecycle
- Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to continuously refine and enhance existing product designs
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a UX design role or equivalent
- A portfolio that demonstrates your design process and problem-solving, not just final screens
- Experience working with design systems, whether contributing to, consuming, or helping build one
- Strong depth in one platform with exposure to others, including Windows and/or Mac desktop application design, mobile app design, and web application design
- Experience using industry-standard design tools and systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate concept development or rapid prototyping
- Knowledge of front-end development principles and technologies
- Experience with design systems and style guides
- Certification in UX design or a related field
