About the Role

Join The Real Deal as a UX/UI Designer on an hourly freelance basis, improving usability and design across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Audit existing data and website pages for usability and design inconsistencies.
  • Enhance spacing, typography, and visual clarity.
  • Redesign key product landing pages and dashboard entry points.
  • Simplify navigation and highlight product features more effectively.
  • Create organized and developer-ready Figma files.
  • Develop and establish a design system with guidelines on spacing and typography.
  • Collaborate with product leadership for iterative design improvements.
  • Suggest UX enhancements based on user behavior analytics.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating modern SaaS or data product designs.
  • Proficiency in designing dashboards and data-heavy interfaces.
  • Expertise in layout systems, spacing principles, and typography.
  • High proficiency in Figma.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with media, publishing, or B2B products.
  • Familiarity with analytics-driven design decisions.
