About the Role

Right Side Up is seeking freelance UX/UI Design Consultants to join their talent collective. This role involves supporting a range of clients across industries, blending user-centered thinking with strong visual design to create intuitive digital experiences. Projects may include website and landing page design, product interface design, and conversion-focused UX improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and visually compelling user experiences across web and mobile
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to bring designs to life

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work across digital products or websites
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices

Nice to Have

  • Experience with conversion-focused design or CRO principles
  • Familiarity with front-end development constraints (HTML, CSS, basic JS)
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments
