Job Description

About the Role

As a UX/UI designer at Pavago, you will be responsible for driving the design lifecycle of digital products, from user research to developer-ready handoffs. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create clean, scalable, and user-friendly experiences across web and mobile platforms. Your expertise in Figma, Google Analytics, and design systems will enable you to make data-driven design decisions and optimize product performance.

The role requires a deep understanding of user behavior, product usability, and conversion-focused design. You will be expected to conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions and create personas, user journeys, and wireframes. Your ability to balance user needs, business goals, and product constraints will be crucial in delivering successful design solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other design tools
  • Analyze user behavior using Google Analytics and other analytics platforms
  • Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides
  • Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements and design solutions
  • Work with engineers to ensure design specifications and assets are implemented correctly
  • Participate in design reviews, product feedback cycles, and A/B testing initiatives
  • Design modern, responsive interfaces with strong typography, layout hierarchy, and color systems
  • Ensure consistency across web applications, mobile interfaces, and product experiences
  • Design with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and ensure strong usability, clear navigation, and mobile responsiveness

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of UX/UI or product design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, product problem-solving, and high-quality UI execution
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, and design systems
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, accessibility standards, and product usability principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment and communicate design decisions effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with analytics tools, user testing platforms, and large-scale design systems

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing SaaS platforms, mobile applications, and e-commerce products
  • Basic front-end understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and user testing platforms
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies and version control systems
