## What You Will Do - Request, track, and organize medical records and documentation - Maintain highly organized case files and track deadlines to ensure timely case progression - Ensure all communications with clients and stakeholders reflect professionalism and clarity - Support attorneys in case preparation, including drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents - Assist with pre-litigation case development, focusing on Personal Injury cases - Communicate effectively with clients and medical providers via phone and email - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of legal procedures and protocols - Collaborate with the legal team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as necessary - Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently - Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the legal department
