About the Role
The Pre-Litigation PI Case Manager position is a critical component of Job Duck's growing legal practice, focusing on personal injury cases. As a key point of coordination, you will ensure that client matters move forward efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with all parties involved. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can work closely with legal professionals, insurance companies, and medical providers to gather critical information, manage documentation, and track important deadlines.Day-to-day, you will be responsible for managing multiple priorities, delivering exceptional attention to detail, and taking initiative without constant supervision. What You Will Do
- Ensure all documentation is updated and properly filed
- Track case progress and follow up on outstanding items
- Maintain accurate and organized case files
- Gather medical records and supporting documentation
- Manage Personal Injury cases during the pre-litigation phase
- Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and other involved parties
- Upload and maintain medical information within the firm's systems
- Monitor, organize, and calendar important deadlines
- Prepare and send letters of representation
- Conduct client intake and collect necessary case information
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding active claims and case updates
- Prioritize multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain consistent communication regarding case status and developments
- Support attorneys with case-related administrative tasks
What We Are Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience working as a legal case manager
- Personal Injury experience is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish required
