About the Role

The VA Coach will work closely with the virtual team to develop and implement training programs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance improvement plans. This will involve monitoring team KPIs, providing actionable feedback, and serving as the primary point of contact for escalations, challenges, and performance-related issues.

What You Will Do

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of virtual assistants to maximize productivity and performance
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and provide actionable feedback
  • Develop and implement training programs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance improvement plans
  • Monitor team KPIs and ensure targets and deadlines are consistently met
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, challenges, and performance-related issues
  • Foster a positive and collaborative remote work environment
  • Implement processes to drive productivity and maintain team accountability
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a BPO or remote team setting
  • Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and team management
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to implement processes, drive productivity, and maintain team accountability
  • Comfortable working in US business hours and managing remote teams across time zones
  • Strong understanding of virtual team dynamics and remote work best practices
  • Experience with project management tools and performance tracking software
