About the Role

As a Valeter, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential. You will be working with a variety of vehicles, from everyday cars to high-performance models, and will be expected to take pride in your work and ensure that every vehicle is cleaned to the highest standards.

The valeting team is an integral part of the company's operations, and as such, you will be working closely with other departments, including sales and service, to ensure that all customers receive exceptional service.

What You Will Do

• Clean and prepare vehicles for customer collection, including washing, polishing, and vacuuming
• Ensure that all vehicles are presented to the highest standards, with attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all customers receive exceptional service
• Use Excel to track and record vehicle cleaning and preparation
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of vehicle makes and models, including their features and specifications
• Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the valeting process, suggesting new ideas and initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• A full clean driving licence (preferable)
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Knowledge of modern cleaning techniques and methods
• Familiarity with vehicle makes and models, including their features and specifications
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and its practices
• Experience working with a variety of vehicle types, including high-performance models
• Certification in a relevant field, such as vehicle maintenance or repair
