About the Role

SailPoint is seeking a Value Strategist to join their APJ team in Japan, supporting sales leadership across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams, stakeholders, and senior executives to influence key opportunities
  • Develop and deliver C-suite-ready value narratives, business cases, and investment justifications
  • Shape and execute creative account strategies

Requirements

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS solutions, ideally in identity governance or access management
  • 5+ years of business value consulting, management consulting, or enterprise SaaS sales
  • Fluency in English and Japanese is essential; Korean fluency is preferred
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, including Excel proficiency
