Job Description

About the Role

The Vice President of Client Success at EnableComp is a senior leadership position responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with clients and driving revenue growth. As a key member of the executive team, this role will oversee all client success activities for designated clients within the assigned region, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and ensure product success. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, as well as experience with revenue cycle management solutions and client relationship management.

The role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement client-specific strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service. The Vice President of Client Success will also be responsible for managing a team of directors and contributing to the development of the company's overall client success strategy.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute client success strategies to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and ensure product success
  • Manage a team of directors and contribute to the development of the company's overall client success strategy
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, and develop plans to pursue these opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
  • Conduct regular business reviews and meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement client-specific action plans to address issues and improve performance
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and analyze key performance metrics, including client satisfaction and retention rates
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve client success strategies
  • Participate in the sales process, including implementations, project go-lives, and business reviews
  • Introduce and sell new solutions to existing clients, including having a target sales quota

What We Are Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in client success or a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team of directors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience managing and analyzing key performance metrics
  • Experience with revenue cycle management solutions and client relationship management
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including trends and developments
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or healthcare administration
  • Experience with Salesforce and Excel

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Certification in client success or a related field, such as CCM or CRMC
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives
