About the Role
The Vice President of Corporate Accounts at Teleflex plays a pivotal role in leading the Commercial Corporate Accounts team. This position involves directing the sales of products through strategic Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and key Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), which have a significant impact across three global business units. What You Will Do
- Lead the Commercial Corporate Accounts team in developing and executing sales strategies tailored to IDNs and GPOs.
- Present and sell Teleflex's value propositions to top-tier strategic accounts, emphasizing the company's unique offerings and competitive advantages.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's overall business objectives and goals.
- Manage and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at IDNs and GPOs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to continuously improve sales strategies and outcomes.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts,pipelines, and reports to ensure accurate sales performance tracking and planning.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of successful sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer relationships.
- 5+ years of experience leading sales personnel, with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
- Knowledge of IDN and GPO sales management techniques and processes, including contract negotiation and strategic account planning.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of sales professionals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital tools and technologies used in sales, including CRM systems, sales analytics software, and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline.
