About the Role
The Vice President, Demand Generation at Iterable will be responsible for driving the company's revenue marketing strategy. This includes overseeing global demand programs, marketing operations, and analytics to ensure predictable pipeline growth and operational excellence. As a key member of the marketing leadership team, this role will report to the CMO and work closely with sales, revenue operations, finance, product marketing, and brand teams.The successful candidate will be a seasoned marketing professional with expertise in GTM and Excel. They will be expected to define and lead the end-to-end demand generation strategy, translate revenue targets into measurable demand plans, and drive accountability for pipeline creation and conversion.

What You Will Do
- Define and lead the global revenue marketing strategy and outcomes
- Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies aligned to company growth goals, ICPs, and GTM priorities
- Translate revenue targets into measurable demand plans, forecasts, and investment strategies
- Partner closely with sales leadership on pipeline planning, account coverage, and forecast accuracy
- Drive accountability for pipeline creation, progression, and conversion across segments and regions
- Lead and scale demand generation programs, including field and event marketing, ABM, integrated campaigns, and paid media and digital
- Oversee marketing operations and analytics, including data management, reporting, and insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, revenue operations, finance, product marketing, and brand
- Introduce bold, differentiated programs that break through in a competitive market
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a demand generation or revenue marketing role
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and conversion through strategic marketing programs
- Expertise in GTM and Excel, with experience in data analysis and insights
- Strong understanding of marketing operations and analytics, including data management and reporting
- Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams, including sales, revenue operations, and finance
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work closely with CMO and other executive leaders
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion, with experience working in a global and distributed team environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-powered customer engagement platforms and martech stacks
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, including Marketo or similar
- Familiarity with sales and revenue operations tools, including Salesforce or similar
- Certification in marketing or data analytics, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot
