About the Role
Iterable is seeking a Vice President, Demand Generation to own the full revenue marketing engine, driving predictable pipeline growth, accelerating deal velocity, and ensuring operational excellence across the marketing organization. This leader will be accountable for demand generation outcomes, systems, data, and insights, overseeing global demand programs alongside Marketing Operations and Analytics. Reporting to the CMO, the VP, Demand Generation will be a core member of the marketing leadership team and a key partner to Sales, RevOps, Finance, Product Marketing, and Brand.
The VP, Demand Generation will balance near-term pipeline goals with long-term system health, introducing bold, differentiated programs that break through in a competitive market. This role is critical to driving revenue growth and will have a significant impact on the company's overall success.

What You Will Do
- Own the global revenue marketing strategy and outcomes
- Define and lead the end-to-end demand generation strategy aligned to company growth goals, ICPs, and GTM priorities
- Translate revenue targets into measurable demand plans, forecasts, and investment strategies
- Partner closely with Sales leadership on pipeline planning, account coverage, and forecast accuracy
- Drive accountability for pipeline creation, progression, and conversion across segments and regions
- Lead and scale demand generation programs, including field and event marketing, ABM, integrated campaigns, and paid media and digital
- Oversee global demand programs, ensuring alignment with marketing operations and analytics
- Bring rigor to forecasting, clarity to performance, and scalability to revenue growth
- Introduce bold, differentiated programs that break through in a competitive market
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing operations, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving predictable pipeline growth and accelerating deal velocity
- Expertise in GTM strategies and revenue marketing
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, data, and analytics
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to partner with sales, product, and brand teams
- Experience with marketing operations and analytics tools, such as Marketo or Salesforce
Nice to Have
- Experience with paid media and digital marketing
- Knowledge of account-based marketing and sales-aligned strategies
- Familiarity with data-driven marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Tableau
- Certification in marketing automation or a related field
