About the Role
The Vice President of DRG is a key leadership position at EnableComp, responsible for driving the company's Revenue Recovery products and services. As a subject matter expert in revenue integrity, you will provide strategic direction and supervision to cross-functional teams, ensuring clinical coding integrity and regulatory compliance. Your expertise in Excel and revenue cycle management will be crucial in delivering best-in-class results to clients and driving business growth.The role entails working closely with senior management to set departmental goals, financial targets, and key performance indicators that align with company objectives. You will also collaborate with other senior leaders to guide corporate planning, resource allocation, and strategic partnerships. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and supporting leadership within the department, driving operational performance, and ensuring continuous improvement across Revenue Recovery.

What You Will Do
- Act as a subject matter expert in EnableComp Revenue Integrity related products, including DRG & DRGV, and Medical Necessity Denials & ED Downgrades
- Define and establish departmental goals, financial targets, and key performance indicators that align with company objectives
- Assist in setting the strategic direction of the Revenue Recovery and identify areas of continuous improvement
- Oversee the development of quality and productivity metrics and benchmarks for Revenue Recovery functions
- Ensure the processes and inventory are in place to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue expectations
- Hire, train, and oversee staff, including annual goal planning, performance reviews, and workload distribution
- Coordinate resources throughout the organization to address action plans for assigned clients and projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other senior leaders to guide corporate planning, resource allocation, and strategic partnerships
- Measure and monitor key performance metrics and deliver concise performance reporting to stakeholders
- Take the lead in explaining variances to management on a regular basis regarding DRG reviews
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff
- Expertise in Excel and revenue recovery, with a deep understanding of revenue integrity and clinical coding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory compliance issues
- Experience in setting departmental goals, financial targets, and key performance indicators
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other senior leaders and guide corporate planning
- Strong understanding of industry standards and internal benchmarks for revenue recovery functions
- Experience in hiring, training, and overseeing staff, with a focus on developing leadership within the department

- Experience with E360 RCM platform or similar revenue cycle management systems
- Certification in revenue cycle management or a related field
