About the Role

The Vice President, Franchise Growth, is a pivotal role at WellBiz Brands, Inc., focusing on capitalizing on the company's momentum to drive significant growth across its franchise portfolio. This high-impact position requires a commercially-minded leader with a proven track record in overseeing franchise sales and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and highly energetic individual who can champion a winning culture and motivate a high-performing team.

Day-to-day, this role involves leading the development and execution of sales strategies, coaching and developing a team of Franchise Sales Directors, and directly engaging in sales activities in international and non-traditional channels. The ability to set direction and strategy for the sales team, working closely with the Chief Development Officer, is crucial. This leadership position demands a team-first, player-coach approach, with approximately 70% of the time dedicated to team development and 30% to direct sales activities.

What You Will Do

  • Personally lead direct sales activities in international and non-traditional franchise channels where senior-level engagement has the greatest impact.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Franchise Sales Directors to build and execute sales strategies, playbooks, and accountability structures.
  • Set sales, lead generation, and portfolio management strategies and lead their rollout and tracking.
  • Analyze current lead flow and sources, advising on and implementing methods to increase lead volume and quality.
  • Identify, attract, and close professionally and financially qualified franchise owners across five brands.
  • Align strategy and candidate targets to increase the quality and number of qualified leads closed.
  • Work closely with brand operations, real estate, marketing, training, and finance teams to meet unique brand needs and goals.
  • Develop market strategies with the real estate team to increase the pipeline and achieve sales goals.
  • Lead compliance with franchise disclosure laws and regulations and the execution of franchise agreements and corporate procedures.
  • Create internal incentive packages to engage and motivate the team and external campaigns to generate prospect urgency and excitement.
  • Develop proximity/impact policies and processes with real estate and legal teams.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in overseeing franchise sales and portfolio management for multi-brand franchise platforms.
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent coaching and development skills to motivate and guide Franchise Sales Directors.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze lead flow and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
  • Experience with Excel and other sales and portfolio management tools.
  • Strong understanding of franchise laws and regulations.
  • Ability to travel for business as required.
