Job Description

About the Role

As Vice President of Engagement Transformation at Solera Health, you will lead initiatives to enhance consumer engagement across diverse digital channels. This executive role requires a strategic mindset to achieve ambitious enrollment growth and optimize customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the goal of doubling enrollment year-over-year.
  • Optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) in relation to lifetime value (LTV).
  • Lower total cost of care for health plan and employer partners.
  • Integrate engagement strategies into product design and digital experiences.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Product while collaborating with marketing, clinical, tech, and data teams.
  • Drive personalization and intelligent journey orchestration using AI.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, particularly in digital strategy.
