About the Role

The Vice President of Pricing Strategy & Monetization plays a pivotal role in driving ABC Fitness's revenue growth and profitability. This executive position requires a unique blend of strategic vision, analytical prowess, and cross-functional leadership. Day-to-day, the role entails collaborating with various departments, including Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, to design and implement pricing models that support company objectives.

They will be responsible for conducting pricing analyses, evaluating competitive pricing, and developing pricing strategies that account for global markets and regional dynamics. What You Will Do

  • Own and drive the company's pricing and packaging strategies to accelerate revenue growth, expand margins, and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Design pricing models that support company growth objectives across product-led and sales-led motions.
  • Conduct pricing analyses to identify revenue optimization opportunities and margin improvements.
  • Evaluate competitive pricing, market trends, and customer willingness-to-pay.
  • Develop pricing strategies that account for global markets, currencies, and regional dynamics.
  • Lead end-to-end pricing for existing customers and new product launches.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to establish pricing guardrails, discounting frameworks, and deal approval processes.
  • Monitor pricing performance and drive initiatives to improve ARR, deal size, and profitability.
  • Apply AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling to optimize pricing strategies.
