About the Role
As the Vice President of Sales for SCW.AI, you will lead pivotal go-to-market initiatives, directly reporting to the CEO of Supply Chain Wizard. This position emphasizes building and managing a high-performing sales team focused on the pharma digital solutions market.
Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market efforts in a rapidly growing SaaS company.
- Build, coach, and scale a successful sales team across various regions.
- Own the sales strategy, focusing on pipeline growth, forecasting, and deal execution.
- Establish processes and metrics for predictable revenue generation.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success for cohesive messaging and enablement.
- Serve as a senior advocate on key dealership negotiations and customer relationships.
- Represent SCW.AI at major industry events.
Requirements
- 10+ years of SaaS sales experience, particularly in pharma or manufacturing technology.
- A proven track record in building and leading GTM teams.
- Expertise in enterprise sales and complex deal negotiation.
- Strong operational skills in CRM and KPI management.
- Familiarity with AI, IoT, and cloud technologies in a digital factory setting.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong executive presence.
- Willing to travel up to 50% globally.
