About the Role
The Vice President of Provider Sales will play a critical role in driving business development and growth for Sagility's provider services. This is a high-visibility position that requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients. As a member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in the areas of revenue cycle management and clinical services. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, including CEOs, CFOs, and other C-suite executives. Your ability to communicate complex ideas, negotiate contracts, and drive sales excellence will be essential to success in this role.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales quotas
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including CEOs, CFOs, and other C-suite executives
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to pursue these opportunities
- Communicate complex ideas and negotiate contracts with clients
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in the areas of revenue cycle management and clinical services
- Utilize Salesforce.com to track and manage sales efforts, including lead generation, opportunity development, and contract execution
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, client services, and solution engineers, to drive sales excellence and ensure contract execution
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market indicators, and competitor activity to drive business development and growth
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet sales quotas
- Provide coaching and support to lead generation staff to help them understand client needs and focus areas
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare administration
- Minimum of 10 years of successful healthcare sales experience in the payer services and solutions space
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales quotas
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in the areas of revenue cycle management and clinical services
- Exceptional sales skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas and negotiate contracts
- Strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CEOs, CFOs, and other C-suite executives
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of business process management and member/patient experience
- Certification in sales or a related field
