- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion across NAMER
- Lead and manage high-performing sales teams, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure success
- Foster strong relationships with key retail partners, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive alignment and coordination
- Analyze sales performance data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and innovations, applying knowledge to drive sales growth and competitive advantage
- Manage and allocate sales budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and optimal ROI
- Identify and mitigate sales risks, developing contingency plans to ensure business continuity
- Represent NCR Voyix at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, promoting the company's brand and solutions

- 10+ years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of the retail industry, including trends, technologies, and innovations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with key partners
