The Vice President of Salesforce Product Management at Flosum is a visionary leader responsible for shaping the future of how the world's biggest Salesforce teams build, protect, and innovate. What You Will Do
- Set the North Star: Craft a bold, multi-year product vision that anticipates where Salesforce and the AI-powered enterprise are heading next.
- Build the team that builds the future: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a world-class product organization across DevOps, data management, and security.
- Obsess over customers: Sit with admins, developers, release managers, and security leaders to understand their anxieties and ambitions, and turn those insights into products they'll champion.
- Ship things that matter: Drive the full lifecycle of capabilities like Git-based version control, AI-assisted code review, intelligent backup & recovery, and zero-trust security.
- Stay ahead of the platform: Ensure Flosum is always first and always native, turning every Salesforce release into an opportunity.
- Win the category: Outthink and outmaneuver competitors by knowing the market deeper than anyone else and telling a story only Flosum can tell.
- Be a force multiplier: Partner with marketing, sales, success, and AppExchange & SI partners to turn great products into great businesses.
- Develop and execute a product roadmap that delivers significant customer value and accelerates business growth.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the product team.
What We Are Looking For
- A product leader with 10+ years of experience and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing product teams.
- 3+ years of experience building and leading PM teams, with a strong understanding of Salesforce and its ecosystem.
- A Salesforce native at heart, with experience in DevOps, ALM, data protection, or security products that customers genuinely love.
- A strategist who can paint the 5-year picture and an operator who can ship next Tuesday.
- A storyteller comfortable in front of a single customer, a packed room, an analyst, or a board.
- A magnet for talent and a champion of the people you lead.
- Experience in shaping product vision, developing product roadmaps, and driving cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including its strengths, weaknesses, and future directions.
Nice to Have
- Deep fluency in Git, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and modern developer workflows.
- Experience with backup, archival, sandbox seeding, and data masking at enterprise scale.
- Battle-tested in regulated environments – SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, GDPR.
- A point of view on how AI will reshape the Salesforce admin and developer experience – and the chops to ship it.
- Salesforce certifications, an engineering background, or an MBA that sharpens your edge.
