This visionary leader will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a platform that empowers teams to ship fearlessly, recover instantly, and govern with confidence. As a key member of the executive team, this leader will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success.

The role entails driving the full lifecycle of product development, from defining the product vision and strategy to launching and maintaining products that customers love. This includes building and leading a high-performing team of product managers, working closely with engineers to develop innovative solutions, and collaborating with customers to understand their needs and deliver value.

The Vice President of Salesforce Product Management will be responsible for architecting the operating system for the modern Salesforce enterprise. This includes developing a deep understanding of customer needs, staying ahead of the curve in terms of Salesforce releases and updates, and driving the development of products that meet those needs.

What You Will Do

  • Set the North Star for the product organization, crafting a bold, multi-year product vision that anticipates where Salesforce and the AI-powered enterprise are heading next
  • Build and lead a world-class product organization across DevOps, data management, and security, recruiting, mentoring, and inspiring a team of product managers
  • Obsess over customers, sitting with admins, developers, release managers, and security leaders to understand their needs and turn those insights into products they'll champion
  • Drive the full lifecycle of product development, from messy whiteboard to flawless launch, for capabilities like Git-based version control, AI-assisted code review, intelligent backup & recovery, and zero-trust security
  • Stay ahead of the platform, turning every Salesforce release into an opportunity, not a fire drill, ensuring Flosum is always first and always native
  • Win the category, outthinking and outmaneuvering every competitor by knowing the market deeper than anyone else and telling a story only Flosum can tell
  • Be a force multiplier, partnering with marketing, sales, success, and AppExchange & SI partners to turn great products into great businesses
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that drives customer adoption and revenue growth

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience with DevOps, ALM, data protection, or security products, with a focus on customer-facing solutions
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its limitations and opportunities
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive innovation and growth
  • Experience with modern developer workflows, including Git, CI/CD, and agile methodologies

  • Battle-tested in regulated environments, including SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and GDPR
  • A point of view on how AI will reshape the Salesforce admin and developer experience, with the chops to ship it
  • Salesforce certifications, an engineering background, or an MBA that sharpens your edge
  • Experience with modern cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
