About the Role

The Vice President of Supply Chain is a critical leadership position at Ramp Talent, responsible for driving supply chain performance and fulfillment across multiple warehouse locations. This role requires a seasoned logistics professional with a strong track record in multi-site operations, who can navigate complex, non-standardized environments. The VP will lead a large, multi-site team and be the senior voice in standardizing supply chain operations.

As the logistics industry continues to grow, companies are seeking leaders who can drive operational efficiency and compliance with state-level tracking and regulatory requirements. The VP of Supply Chain will own the operational backbone of the business, overseeing a diverse product set and a fully regulated, tightly tracked supply chain.

The role reports to the President and Executive Leadership, and the successful candidate will be based in New York, with regional travel required.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to drive operational efficiency and compliance
  • Lead a large, multi-site team and be the senior voice in standardizing supply chain operations
  • Own the operational backbone of the business, overseeing a diverse product set and a fully regulated, tightly tracked supply chain
  • Drive labor efficiency, cost-per-unit, and throughput across high-volume, non-uniform product flows
  • Oversee warehouse management systems and infrastructure, including evolving beyond current platforms as the network scales
  • Ensure compliance with state-level tracking and regulatory requirements across every unit handled
  • Build and develop a multi-site leadership team capable of operating at scale
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Analyze and optimize supply chain performance metrics, including cost per unit, throughput, and KPI design and tracking

What We Are Looking For

  • 15+ years of logistics and supply chain experience, with a strong track record in multi-site operations
  • Experience in regulated logistics environments, such as cosmetics, CPG, or reverse fulfillment
  • A builder's mindset, with the ability to create structure and process from the ground up in a complex, non-standardized environment
  • Deep fluency in operational and labor efficiency metrics, including cost per unit, throughput, and KPI design and tracking
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and the ability to evaluate and evolve systems infrastructure as the company scales
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead a large, multi-site team
  • Ability to problem-solve in ambiguity and drive operational efficiency

  • Experience with digital skills, such as data analytics and supply chain visualization
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in logistics and supply chain management
  • Certification in supply chain management or a related field
