About the Role

The Vice President of UI/UX & Product Operations will lead the development of a cohesive user experience across a multi-product SaaS platform, evolving it into a unified Operating System. This involves shaping a unified UX vision, embedding agentic AI capabilities into workflows, and driving instrumentation-led decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Define and govern a unified UX vision across the SaaS portfolio
  • Establish global design systems aligned to a common data model and shared services layer
  • Embed platform principles into UX standards
  • Design AI-native interfaces and define interaction models for multi-agent orchestration
  • Partner with AI/Engineering teams to translate LLM capabilities into production-grade experiences
  • Establish a scalable product operating rhythm and own product analytics and user behavior instrumentation strategy

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with product analytics tools like Pendo
  • Fluency in design systems, product analytics, AI agent orchestration, and modern SaaS delivery processes
