About the Role
The Video Project Manager position at Brook Hiddink - Highticket.io is a dynamic, execution-driven role that oversees the production of direct-response marketing content. This includes ads, VSLs, webinars, and short-form content, all designed to drive conversions and meet the company's high standards for quality and performance. The successful candidate will own timelines, output quality, team productivity, and delivery speed across a fast-moving creative team, ensuring that all content aligns with direct response goals and maintains legal-safe messaging.As a key member of the team, the Video Project Manager will work closely with editors, influencers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth production and delivery of high-performing creatives. This involves managing the production pipeline from script to final delivery, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and removing blockers to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required standard.
The role is based on a fully remote work structure, with working hours set from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Gulf Time (GMT+4), Monday through Friday. What You Will Do
- Own the production pipeline: manage the process from script to edit to final delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Manage a team of editors: assign tasks, track progress, provide feedback, and ensure that all team members are productive and supported.
- Run daily operations: conduct Slack check-ins, use Notion for tracking, and coordinate team activities to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Oversee revisions: review videos, give clear and actionable feedback via Frame.io, and ensure that all content meets the company's standards.
- Track performance: monitor output, identify and fix inefficiencies, and report daily on progress and challenges.
- Ensure output quality: align all content with direct response goals, focusing on performance and conversion.
- Ensure compliance: flag and maintain legal-safe messaging in all content, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with influencers: work with influencers in online education, business consulting, finance, or AI niches to develop content that resonates with their audiences.
- Conduct quality checks: review content for quality, accuracy, and compliance before final delivery.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience managing video editors at scale: a proven track record of managing teams and driving productivity.
- Background in direct response/marketing content: understanding of what converts and how to create effective direct response marketing materials.
- Strong grasp of video production timelines and creative workflows: the ability to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality video content on time.
