About the Role

As a Videographer and Content Creator at Lean Marketing, you will be responsible for building the company's content foundation from the ground up. This is a hybrid role that combines videography, editing, and content creation, with a focus on driving business results through compelling content. You will work closely with the team to develop a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that drives business results
  • Create high-quality video content, including short-form and long-form videos, podcasts, and social media content
  • Edit and produce video content using a range of software and tools
  • Conduct research to identify winning concepts and develop world-class content frameworks
  • Create and establish brand channels with repeatable content systems
  • Pioneer strategic ideas for hooks, visuals, content stacks, and platform-specific growth
  • Work directly with the business frameworks to develop a content methodology
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement a content calendar
  • Travel to document high-impact events and capture behind-the-scenes content
  • Analyze and report on content performance using analytics tools

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in videography, editing, and content creation
  • A portfolio that showcases your creative and technical skills
  • Experience with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro
  • Knowledge of content strategy and its impact on business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with social media platforms and content management systems
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and how to use them to measure content performance
