About the Role
As a Videographer at Martell Media, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO's personal brand through the creation of high-quality, engaging video content. This remote, part-time contractor role requires a skilled professional who can capture, edit, and publish video content across various platforms. You will own the full content lifecycle, from shooting to final post, and be responsible for turning ideas into polished, high-performing videos.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of short-form content and social media trends, as well as the ability to move quickly and produce consistently. You will be working closely with the CEO to develop content ideas, trends, and formats that align with the company's goals and values.

What You Will Do
- Shoot video content for the CEO, including on-site shoots coordinated as needed
- Edit short-form and long-form content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Add captions, graphics, music, and branding elements to enhance engagement
- Turn raw footage into multiple content pieces optimized per platform
- Collaborate on content ideas, trends, and formats
- Manage and schedule content posting
- Maintain consistent brand style and quality across all outputs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values
- Analyze engagement metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly
- Work closely with the CEO to ensure content meets their vision and expectations
What We Are Looking For
- Strong videography skills, including framing, lighting, and audio setup
- Advanced video editing skills, including experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar software
- Experience creating content for personal brands or creators
- Deep understanding of short-form content and social media trends
- Ability to move fast and produce consistently
- Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail
- Self-starter who can operate independently in a remote setup
