About the Role

The Videographer role at Martell Media is a part-time, remote contractor position that entails supporting the CEO's personal brand through high-quality, engaging video content. As a key member of the team, the Videographer will be responsible for capturing, editing, and publishing video content across various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, has strong storytelling instincts, and can work independently in a remote setup.

The success of the CEO's personal brand relies heavily on the quality of the video content produced. As such, the Videographer will play a critical role in helping to establish and maintain a consistent brand style and quality across all outputs. This will involve collaborating with the team to develop content ideas, trends, and formats that align with the CEO's vision and goals.

The CEO's personal brand is focused on creating meaningful impact, and the Videographer will be expected to contribute to this mission by producing high-performing videos that engage and inspire the target audience.

What You Will Do

  • Shoot high-quality video content for the CEO, both on-site and remotely
  • Edit short-form and long-form content for various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Add captions, graphics, music, and branding elements to enhance engagement and storytelling
  • Turn raw footage into multiple content pieces optimized for each platform
  • Collaborate with the team to develop content ideas, trends, and formats
  • Manage and schedule content posting across all platforms
  • Maintain consistent brand style and quality across all outputs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving content quality and engagement
  • Work closely with the CEO and other team members to ensure content aligns with the CEO's vision and goals

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong videography skills, including framing, lighting, and audio setup
  • Advanced video editing skills, including proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar software
  • Experience creating content for personal brands or creators
  • Deep understanding of short-form content and social media trends
  • Ability to move quickly and produce high-quality content consistently
  • Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can operate independently in a remote setup
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
