What You Will Do

  • Shoot video content for the CEO, including on-site shoots coordinated as needed
  • Edit short-form and long-form content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Add captions, graphics, music, and branding elements to enhance engagement
  • Turn raw footage into multiple content pieces optimized per platform
  • Collaborate on content ideas, trends, and formats
  • Manage and schedule content posting
  • Maintain consistent brand style and quality across all outputs
  • Work closely with the CEO to understand their vision and goals
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the CEO's personal brand
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video content creation

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong videography skills, including framing, lighting, and audio setup
  • Advanced video editing skills, including experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar
  • Experience creating content for personal brands or creators
  • Deep understanding of short-form content and social media trends
  • Ability to move fast and produce consistently high-quality content
  • Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can operate independently in a remote setup
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
