What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in VIP relationship management, customer success, account management, private banking, wealth management, or luxury hospitality.
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, payments, wealth management, or financial services, with a deep understanding of the sector's nuances and customer expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, rapport, and strong relationships with high-value clients.
  • Proven track record of managing a portfolio of premium customers or strategic accounts, with a focus on retention, growth, and customer satisfaction.
