About the Role

The Virtual Administrative Assistant position at Fox Hill Entertainment LLC is a pivotal role that requires a unique blend of administrative expertise, technical skills, and strong communication abilities. What You Will Do

  • Field telephone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Receive and direct visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
  • Perform word processing, filing, and faxing tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Monitor online chat support during business hours, providing timely and effective responses
  • Compose correspondence and reports, including emails, letters, and other documents
  • Arrange essential mail in priority action order, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Coordinate work flow, updating and chasing delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
  • Take initiative in the manager's absence, maintaining projects on schedule and ensuring continuity
  • Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines
  • Conduct internet research, gathering and analyzing data to inform business decisions
  • Create and manage social media content, including blog posts and other online engagement

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
  • Proficiency in digital tools, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple supervisors and team members
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work independently, taking initiative and maintaining projects on schedule
