About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Communicate clearly and efficiently with customers, stakeholders, and other team members
  • Work independently to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Utilize virtual inspection tools and applications to conduct inspections and assessments
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of insurance policies and industry regulations related to auto claims

What We Are Looking For

  • 18 months or more of previous experience in auto collision estimating using CCC or Mitchell
  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting comprehensive cost estimates for paintwork, body, frame restoration, and mechanical
  • Proficiency in using virtual inspection tools and applications
  • Strong analytical skills to assess damages and write accurate estimates
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a virtual work environment
  • Familiarity with insurance policies and industry regulations related to auto claims
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
