About the Role
Assist World is looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support and social media management for a luxury jewelry brand.Responsibilities
- Manage client communication through emails and correspondence
- Draft and send quotes for custom jewelry designs
- Coordinate the calendar and appointments for the Head Designer
- Schedule and confirm consultations, both in-store and virtual
- Assist in preparing design quotes and maintaining client records
- Help with social media scheduling, content creation, and engagement
Requirements
- Exceptional written communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital tools (Google Workspace, Shopify, social media)
- Experience in luxury retail or hospitality is preferred
