About the Role
As a Virtual Assistant at ConnectUs Marketing Solutions, Inc., you will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling administrative tasks, managing calendars, and providing exceptional customer service. What You Will Do
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring accurate records and minimal conflicts
- Manage client calendars, including scheduling, reminders, and updates
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, including spreadsheets and reports
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues
- Conduct market research, analyzing data and presenting findings
- Create presentations, reports, and other materials as required
- Address employees' administrative queries, providing support and guidance
- Prioritize and organize tasks, managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Monitor progress, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions
- Meet client expectations and demands, delivering high-quality support and service
- Prepare reports and analyze data to assist management in making informed decisions
What We Are Looking For
- At least 6 months of experience in a relevant role, such as HR, Marketing, or Executive Secretary
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with cloud services, such as Google Drive or Dropbox
- Familiarity with current technologies, including desktop sharing and CRMs
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software
- Advance computer skills, including proficiency in AI tools and software
Nice to Have
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service, or BPO industry
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling, such as Google Calendar
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Certification in MS Office or other relevant software
