What You Will Do

  • Perform a variety of administrative duties, including answering emails and phone calls
  • Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
  • Create content to post on the company's Social Media Channels
  • Prepare presentations according to the instructions given
  • Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, hotel, and restaurant reservations
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail
  • Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives

What We Are Looking For

  • 1 year of experience in administration or a related field
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in a virtual assistant role or a related field
  • Familiarity with social media management and content creation
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and presentation software
