About the Role
As a virtual assistant at OnlineJobs.PH, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of a values-driven tech agency. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless communication and organization. You will work closely with the team to manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and maintain email inboxes.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, email management, and content creation. You will be expected to work independently, with minimal supervision, and have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team.
What You Will Do
- Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, and engaging with followers
- Create and edit visually appealing social media content, including graphics, videos, and carousels
- Manage email inboxes, responding to inquiries, and maintaining organization
- Develop and implement content calendars to ensure consistent posting
- Support client communication via email and Slack
- Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and project cards for recurring workflows
- Conduct market research and outreach to identify new business opportunities
- Provide light bookkeeping support, including invoicing and expense logging
- Assist with event planning, including coordination and registration
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a related field
- Strong proficiency in social media management, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Excellent email management skills, including Gmail and email marketing tools
- Experience with content creation, including graphic design, video editing, and writing
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Reliable laptop, stable internet, and quiet workspace for client calls
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies, including GoHighlevel and Asana
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting female entrepreneurs, coaches, or small creative businesses
- Social scheduling tools experience, including Meta Business Suite, Later, and Buffer
- Basic graphic design sense, including layout, typography, and image cropping
- Basic bookkeeping experience, including QuickBooks, Wave, or simple Excel bookkeeping
- Experience writing and editing long-form captions or newsletter content
