About the Role
Pavago is seeking a highly skilled and organized Virtual Assistant to support their daily operations in Panama. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing communications, and ensuring the smooth execution of multiple business functions. What You Will Do
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management and travel arrangements
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases using Excel
- Coordinate and execute multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning, including data entry and analysis
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, creating and scheduling posts
- Develop and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals and objectives
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
What We Are Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, admin, or operations support specialist
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise messages
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or communications
Nice to Have
