Job Description

About the Role

Assist World is looking for a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support their business through social media management and systems research. The role will primarily focus on establishing strong social media presence and foundational systems with potential to evolve into a more comprehensive support role.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Setup & Management:
- Set up and rebuild social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn) - Manage content scheduling and ongoing platform management - Plan and create posts with guidance from the founder - Establish a consistent online presence

  • Systems Research & Setup:
- Investigate and recommend booking and scheduling systems - Ensure solutions handle diverse regions and prevent booking conflicts - Present findings clearly and assist in implementation

  • Contractor & Workflow Support:
- Configure systems for smooth contractor bookings - Assist in documenting processes as systems are refined

  • Future Scope:
- Support podcast setup once foundations are laid - Help with online course content uploads and structuring digital platforms

Requirements
