About the Role

The Virtual Call Center Agent role at Dynata involves working as a part-time telephone interviewer, conducting outbound surveys with respondents in both Spanish and English. What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

  • Ability to sit and type for the majority of the shift
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps
  • Direct plug-in wired access to the data connection and power for the computer
  • A dedicated, quiet working space free of distractions
  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including one weekend shift
  • Familiarity with computer systems and the ability to navigate through different software technologies
