About the Role

Whizz is seeking a Virtual Customer Service Representative to provide support to customers remotely through a live video connection.

Responsibilities

  • Assist new customers in choosing the right bike, battery, accessories, and services
  • Explain bike features, subscription plans, and pricing to customers
  • Support existing customers with subscription questions, payments, and account issues
  • Coordinate service requests and follow-ups with the operations team

Requirements

  • Native or fluent French and Arabic
  • Fluent English (C1-C2 level)
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, sales, or call center roles
  • Comfortable working on camera and assisting customers via live video throughout the day
