About the Role
Whizz is seeking a Virtual Customer Service Representative to provide support to customers remotely through a live video connection.Responsibilities
- Assist new customers in choosing the right bike, battery, accessories, and services
- Explain bike features, subscription plans, and pricing to customers
- Support existing customers with subscription questions, payments, and account issues
- Coordinate service requests and follow-ups with the operations team
Requirements
- Native or fluent French and Arabic
- Fluent English (C1-C2 level)
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, sales, or call center roles
- Comfortable working on camera and assisting customers via live video throughout the day
