What You Will Do

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns
  • Make follow-up calls to ordering physicians after patient visits, expressing appreciation and building strong professional relationships
  • Communicate confidently and professionally with medical providers, ensuring seamless collaboration
  • Assist with insurance verification and basic administrative support, maintaining accurate patient information
  • Use tools such as iFax for communication and documentation, ensuring efficient workflow
  • Perform general administrative tasks, supporting the healthcare team as needed
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality, maintaining the highest level of professionalism
  • Work independently in a remote environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong customer service background, preferably in healthcare
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Confident, professional, and personable phone presence
  • Experience communicating with patients and/or medical professionals
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • High level of reliability and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Excel and other productivity tools
