About the Role

The Virtual Office Assistant role is a full-time remote position that requires excellent command of the English language. What You Will Do

  • Greet and create a positive first impression for agents and guests
  • Connect and transfer guests to the appropriate agents or team members
  • Manage office communications, including responding to email inquiries and maintaining schedules

  • Build relationships with the team and agents, and provide excellent customer service
