What You Will Do
- Collaborate with the Ultrasound Market General Manager and Product Sales Specialists to drive market performance and meet revenue goals for assigned accounts and territories
- Develop and execute detailed territory and account plans, including opportunity identification and competitive positioning
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, creating strategic account plans to support long-term growth
- Drive visibility and market growth within assigned territories, maintaining a consistent funnel and accurately forecasting orders and sales
- Partner effectively with various internal and external partners to align on strategy and ensure market coverage and order attainment
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ultrasound products, clearly articulating their clinical and technological benefits in customer-relevant terms
- Focus on the Non-Acute Healthcare segment within the assigned territory
- Analyze sales data, identifying trends and forecasting market growth to inform business decisions
- Develop and execute sales strategies, leveraging Excel skills to analyze data and track performance
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or minimum 3+ years of selling/promotion experience in a medical, healthcare, technical field, or Life Sciences
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the medical technology sector
- Strong knowledge of Excel, with the ability to analyze sales data and forecast market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently, think strategically, and build strong customer relationships
- Experience driving tender/bid processes, including needs qualification, vendor selection, quotation, and closure of product/solution/service opportunities
- Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a remote sales environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of medical technology products, including Ultrasound and other diagnostic equipment
- Certification in sales or a related field, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation
