About the Role

THE EDUCATIONAL EQUALITY INSTITUTE, an NGO based in Norway, is seeking a passionate volunteer to join their team as a Digital Skills Online Class Instructor. This role is part of the 'Together for Ukraine' project, aiming to provide free educational programs to 100,000 Ukrainians, focusing on education, upskilling, and employment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for online classes focused on digital skills you are proficient in.
  • Conduct live virtual classes for students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with other volunteers and staff to improve teaching strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in teaching or tutoring digital and tech skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create and implement effective lesson plans.
  • Comfortable using online teaching platforms.
  • Passion for education and helping underprivileged communities.
  • Fluency in English.
